Shish: Again with the "if I had a better camera" -- this was a really pretty scene with the sunlight heating one side of the fence and causing really strong air currents, made visible with water vapour

Anonymous: Looks like a texture of a head. In games, the texture is often projected onto a 3D object with 3D object vertex -> 2D texture vertex mappings. This is pretty flexible, but you still need to have a good mapping that won't distort, and the texture shown above looks pretty good as far as preventing distortion.
Not sure exactly why the texture is showing outside of the context of a 3D object, though. Odd bug.
Shish: Yeah, somehow the "film grain effect" texture and the "some random guy's head" texture got flipped >_<
